We want you to be happy with what you have bought from us. We understand that
shopping online has some drawbacks, for instance you can't try on or test the
products beforehand! Besides, although we take great care when packing there is always the possibility
the product will be damaged during transportation.
So, to cover that our warranty boils down to:
- Within 30 days you may return an item and we will refund you.
- If you receive a damaged item we will send you a new one.

Policy for returning items:
- pack it up;
- inform us by email if you want to return the item or exchange(for a bigger model for instance);
- include a note stating your name and the invoice number;

- After we get it you will be refunded;
- Note that we don't refund shipping costs.
Policy for damaged items:
- Prove it was damaged when you got it. A digital picture will be enough;
